About Me

Hi, I’m McKynlee 🤍

I’m a 22-year-old wife, mama of two sweet girls, and the heart behind S&L Boutique.

Born and raised in a small town in Idaho, but a beach girl at heart — I’ve always loved sunshine, open skies, and anything outdoors. My husband (my high school sweetheart 💍) and I got married at 19, and not long after stepped into our greatest blessing — becoming parents.

Motherhood changed me in the most beautiful ways. It also changed my body, my confidence, and how I saw myself. I remember trying to find clothes that felt comfortable but still stylish… trendy but still me. That’s where this dream started.

S&L stands for my girls’ initials — but it also means Salt & Light, inspired by Matthew 5:13–16. My faith is the foundation of everything I do. I strive daily to grow in my relationship with Jesus, and this boutique is built on prayer, obedience, and trusting Him with the outcome. My heart is that S&L would reflect light — not just through style, but through encouragement and community.

My love for fashion began when my aunt opened her boutique and I had the opportunity to be part of it. I fell in love with curating pieces and piecing together outfits that bring life and color into everyday moments.

S&L Boutique isn’t just for moms — it’s for women in every season who want comfort, confidence, and a splash of boho. Pieces that feel effortless but still make you feel beautiful.

The Vision

My long-term vision for S&L is to grow into multiple curated drops each week—pieces that feel intentional, special, and handpicked with our girls in mind. I want every drop to bring that same feeling of excitement and confidence when you find something you truly love.

At the heart of it all, S&L is about more than a boutique. It’s about building something meaningful for my family, creating something my girls can one day look back on and be proud of, and using this platform to honor God in the process. My prayer is that every woman who shops here feels confident, beautiful, and encouraged in whatever season of life she’s in. 🤍✨
