Return Policy

We hope you love all your purchases from S&L Boutique! If something isn't quite right, here's what you need to know about returns:

Eligibility

  • Online purchases may be returned for store credit only within 14 business days of delivery
  • All discounted sale items are final sale – no returns or exchanges
  • All international orders are final sale
  • Items must be unworn with original tags attached
  • Items must be in pristine condition – free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, odors, pet hair, or any stains

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges when possible, though availability depends on current inventory as our items sell quickly.

How to Start a Return

Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via USPS or UPS
  • Please include the original packing slip from your order
  • Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing
  • Your store credit will be emailed to you once processed

Damaged Items Report any damaged items within 2 days of delivery by emailing saltandlifeboutique@gmail.com with photos.

Please note:

  • Color variations due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography are not considered damage
